Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a plain-language policy for an early-stage Australian software service, provided in good faith and not as legal advice. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Questions: hello@stockaroo.io.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe, your access simply pauses when the trial ends — you are never billed automatically without subscribing.

2. The Standard plan

After the trial, the Standard plan is A$9.99 per month (AUD), billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel.

3. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time using the Manage subscription / Unsubscribe option in Stockaroo, or by emailing hello@stockaroo.io.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after that.
  • We don't lock you into fixed-term contracts for the Standard plan.

4. Refunds

  • Because the trial lets you evaluate Stockaroo before paying, we generally do not refund monthly fees already charged for a period you've had access to.
  • If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or something on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us at hello@stockaroo.io and we will make it right.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy (including a refund) under those guarantees, which cannot be excluded.

5. Pricing changes

"Early access" pricing may change in future. If we change the price of your plan, we will let you know in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
